Inauguration of first-year students
On September 1, 2017, the inauguration of first-year students at the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of KNUTE traditionally took place.
The solemn day began with a welcoming speech by Deputy Director on scientific and pedagogical work and innovation development Ernest Hrytsiuk. Sincere words to the first-year students were addressed by the high-ranking guests of this year's inauguration ceremony: Anzhela Diakova, Director of the Department of Finance of Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, Volodymyr Serediuk, Deputy Mayor of the Chernivtsi City Council, and Chairman of the Chernivtsi Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Workers and Entrepreneurs of Trade, Catering and Services Oleksandr Tymchuk.
Also, on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge, the Institute's employees for honest work and high professionalism were awarded with certificates of honor of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, Chernivtsi Regional Council, Department of Education and Science of ChRSA and the Chernivtsi City Council.
First-year students solemnly read the student's oath, which was voiced by the chairman of the student council of the CHITE KNUTU Viktoriia Chernykh. Graduates with the highest ratings for academic achievement and high external independent evaluation scores received graduation books from Vasyl Kyfiak, Deputy Director on scientific, methodological and international relations. The 1st year student Andrii Kuprovskyi spoke about his impressions and congratulated the youth of CHITE. So, the first steps on the path to higher education and mastering the future profession are made!
Traditionally, the event of inauguration of first-year students was attendant by priest Valerii, who read the prayer for a successful academic year.
The talented students of our university came forward with the concert, which proved that learning is not only classes, but also an amazing leisure.
We wish first-year students to quickly enter the rich rhythm of the Institute's life, success in learning, perseverance in overcoming all the difficulties!
