Career Fair - 2019
On March 25, 2019, the Fifth Career Fair - 2019 "Make a Step towards a Successful Future" was held on the eighth, attended by 48 representatives, which offered more than 300 vacancies for our students.
Among the participants of the Fair are the best companies and organizations of the city and the whole Western region, such as: State Employment Office, Police department in Chernivtsi region, "Impulse", "Novaya poshta", "Privatbank", "Oschadbank", hotel and restaurant complex "Ozernyi", hotel-restaurant complex "Allure Inn", private enterprise "Zatyshok 3000", travel agency "VVTRAVELClub", TV channel "Chernivtsi", radio "Blysk" 106.6 FM, main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region , "Chernivtsygaz", "Bolena", company "AVTOVIN», company« ChatOS », Mitin DS, « SVETOFOR »,« Sushiya », hypermarket «ACHAN », supermarket« Silpo », «GELLENA», «Pizza Park », recruiting company« Joffer » ", Restaurant" Picnic "," FLORACLUB ", cafe" S.O.T.T.E. ", company" Global IT Support "(Ivano-Frankivsk city), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC Financial Services Center (Lviv) and others. The fair was opened by Deputy Director on Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Innovation Development Ernest Grytsiuk, who thanked representatives of employers companies for their continued cooperation with CHITE KNUTE and wished the participants of this Fair a success. He also noted that students can find themselves as a place of work, and a base for practice. And he drew attention to the fact that many employers are graduates of our institute of different years and such cooperation is very valuable.
Students, especially graduates of the Institute, took an active part in the Career Fair, filled in the resume, got acquainted with the vacancies offered, exchanged contacts with employers. Along with the state employment service, graduates of many Chernivtsi schools and college students who were able to see how our students live and study and how they are helped to find employment is not the first to be invited. All were provided with methodological materials about the institute and terms of joining the CHETE KNUTE.
During the Fair, an express survey was carried out on employers' demands for future specialists. For us recommendations from the participants of the Fair regarding the formation of graduates of the main competencies, their vision of the future specialist's traits, and opportunities for students to gain experience even while studying are very valuable. Results of the research and recommendations of employers will be taken into account in the educational process of the institute to form a competitive graduate. In addition, cooperation agreements have been prepared for signing, the ways of further interaction and agreement on the next meetings, round tables and master classes, etc. are outlined. We sincerely thank all for the cooperation, especially since one third of the participants, successful employers are our graduates!
The future is to create innovative business and education interaction platforms where students will be able to take industrial practice and receive high-quality practical training in the chosen specialty, which will enable us to prepare our students for an independent life as well as help them find their first job.
