Review conditions
scientific journal "Bulletin of CHTEI"
Materials that are received for publication in the journal are reviewed by members of the editorial board of the scientific journal "Bulletin of CHTEI." In the case of a negative review article may be returned to the author for revision or rejected.
Expressed in articles proposals and thoughts do not necessarily reflect the views of the editorial board. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information in the articles, the accuracy of names, surnames and quotes are carried by the authors.
The editors preserve the right to minimum texts literary edit, preserving the author's style.
The publication of accepted scientific articles is possible in case they have not been published anywhere before and not sent to other publications (on the last page of the article the author must certify it with the appropriate phrase). Students' articles are not considered.
In cases of plagiarism authors are responsible for the submissions.
