Requirements for scientific articles
scientific journal "Bulletin of CHTEI"
1. Articles should be written on a relevant topic, contain the results of scientific research and explanation of scientific conclusions in accordance with the purpose of the article (assigned tasks).
2. Article should be carefully proofread by the author, edited and directed to the editors by e-mail to mel@chtei-knteu.cv.ua with information about the author filed in English (attached) and Reviews (Review of Doctor of Science). Signature of the reviewer should be officially stamped by institution.
3. The article should include (with the allotment in text) all the structural elements in accordance with p. 3 of Regulation HAC Ukraine from 15.01.2003 ¹ 7 5/1:
- formulation of the problem in general and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks;
- analysis of recent research and publications in which the problem is based and which author refer to (not to provide a list of authors and their publications, namely analysis - what is done in science, what is not, what is right or wrong in their researches, considering the proper perspective, and so on); to note what problems have not been solved (or solved incorrectly);
- purpose statement and reasoning of its relevance;
- basic material - main text;
- conclusions of the research and prospects of further research in this direction;
- list of references (at least 10 positions).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The article must contain:
- in the upper right corner - data about the author (surname and initials of the author (authors), scientific degree (if any), the name of the institution / organization, city);
- title of the article (center, 14 points, in bold);
- annotations, which clearly formulate the main idea of the article and prove its relevance (not less than 250 words), 10 points, the common font;
- keywords words) - up to 10 words, 10 points, the font is common;
(Surname and initials, title, abstract, keywords, file separate blocks in Russian and English, font - Times New Roman)
- file of the article should be prepared with a text editor Word. Do not use text styles, do not number pages. Words must be printed without hyphenation;
- text of the article should be clear, concise, number of tables, formulas and illustrations (diagrams, drawings, graphs, charts) – must be minimum and used only when necessary, when it significantly improves the content of the article makes it possible to understand it better and deeper in comparison with textual form of presentation;
- table should be compact, logically constructed, a short expressive title that accurately covers the subject and content of the table and be numbered. All data in the table should be typed in Times New Roman, 11 point type. Tables should not go beyond the page margins. Under each tab. and Fig. should be mentioned the source (Source:.);
- quotations, illustrations, digital data must be linked in the text in square brackets (eg. [2, p. 17] - source 2 on the list of sources (references) used, page 17). Do not insert footnotes in the end of the document and in the end of pages;
- article should be not more than 7-12 pages of A4 size (14 points, line spacing - 1.5, lists of sources - through 1.0 interval), the page settings - 2.5 cm, paragraph - 1.25, do not use the tab button;
- graphic material should be made available in the programs for further editing: tables - in the editor Microsoft Word; Chart - Editor Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Graph; drawings - with the help of the drawing editor of Microsoft Word;
- all files (article, information about the author, review must be named in English letters (Savchuk text, Savchuk reference, Savchuk review, Savchuk extract);
List of references must consist of two parts:
- sources in the original, designed in accordance with Ukrainian standard bibliographic description (Form 23 approved by Order HAC of Ukraine dated 03 March 2008 ¹ 147);
- the same sources, but in English, designed by international bibliographic standards [requirements for References].
- Titles of Ukrainian and Russian-language publications (magazines, collections and others) must be transliterated, and in brackets – English variant. For example: Bukhalterskiy oblik i audyt (Accounting and Auditing). The names of the sources in the bibliography must placed in order cited in the text (not alphabetically).
