The Higher School of Pedagogical Excellence and Professional Development has been in operation at ChITE SUTE since 2004.
The School is headed by Dr., Professor Alla Chornovol, the Head of the Department of Finance, Accounting, and Taxation.

The primary aim of the School is to bring together educators who possess a wealth of creativity, unique perspective on educational challenges, and a strong track record of practical success, encompassing both youthful enthusiasm and invaluable teaching experience.
The School fulfills its mission through a variety of educational and methodological seminars, with a focus on achieving the following objectives:
1. Enhancing and expanding the knowledge base while instilling new professional competencies in psychological and pedagogical activities among its attendees.
2. Mastering and implementing innovative technologies, forms, methods, and teaching tools within the higher education teaching practice.
3. Studying, sharing, and applying advanced pedagogical practices in higher education institution.
4. Proposing improvements to the educational process by incorporating the latest scientific, technological, and production advancements into teaching practices.
5. Using information technologies to deliver differentiated and individualized learning content, including the integration of distance learning and information and communication technologies.
6. Favoring research and teaching staff to harness modern information resources in their educational endeavors.
7. Enhancing the expertise of academic staff in the use of modern techniques for developing teaching and learning materials.
8. Conducting training sessions, master classes, and educational seminars by industry-leading experts for the ChITE SUTE staff.
9. Promoting the exchange of knowledge and experience among teachers from various departments.
10. Keeping students informed about internship results, including those conducted abroad, advanced training opportunities, and innovative approaches to educational organization, scientific research, methodological work, and practical training.
