BestCookFest-Podillia
On February, 28 - March 2, 2019, the International Restaurant Technology Festival "BestCookFest-Podillia", organized by the Slobozhanska Guild of Cookery of the Ukrainian Culinary Union, was held on the basis of the hotel and restaurant complex "Kseniia" in the village of Vrublivtsi Kamianets-Podilskii region.
This is a major event for leading experts in the restaurant industry, who had the opportunity to demonstrate the experience of culinary and confectionery, to realize the most creative ideas, to increase the level of professional craftsmanship, as well as to compete for the recognition and status of the best professionals in the culinary and confectionery art in 11 competitive nominations.
The prestige of this festival is evidenced by the fact that about 150 contestants and chefs from 25 countries of the world - Turkey, Mongolia, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Belarus, Greece, Slovenia, Israel, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine - participated in the competitions. The professional and highly-respected jury of the festival included 35 representatives from different countries of the world.
The culinary team of CHITE KNUT, consisting of scientific and pedagogical workers: Tetiana Neveschechuk-Kohut, Karina Palamarek, Inna Danyliuk, Lyubov Strutynska, Anastasiia Paraschuk, as well as participants - 8 students of 1-4 years of study have adequately presented their educational institution at the International Festival of Restaurant Technologies and has once again proved that CHITE KNUTE is training the specialists of the highest level, able to surprise even the most demanding juries recognized throughout the world.
