A meeting with Vice Prime Minister

On March 28, 2019, a meeting between students and professors of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of KNUTE with Vice Prime Minister in the issues of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klimpush-Tsintsadze and Vice-Chairman of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration Myroslav Zaiachuk took place. At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy Director of CHITE KNUTE, Doctor of Economics, Professor Vasyl Kifiak briefly told the audience about the institute and the main achievements of teachers and students.

Deputy Prime Minister on the issues of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klimpush-Tsintsadze revealed the main goal of the meeting and introduced the participants to the process of implementation of European standards and Ukraine's prospects towards the membership of the European Union and NATO.

She mentioned that the Association Agreement was the largest document ever signed by the EU with a third country. Already, citizens of our country can use the opportunities of a number of EU programs that promote business, cultural, scientific and educational exchanges (Erasmus +, Horizon 2020, etc.), scientific cooperation, etc.

"I am convinced that you know that now there are many European programs that can be used to search for additional opportunities, funds, knowledge, experience - only a little effort and time is needed." emphasized the representative of the government.

"I hope that in cross-border areas you have already felt that European integration is a trendy and positive trend. Observing similar experience of other countries, you are inspired by this experience and with your efforts we will soon reach the strong and European state that everyone is dreaming about, "mentioned the Vice Prime Minister.

At the end of the meeting, students were able to ask questions and receive comprehensive answers.
